Nei 5 fine settimana di Frantoi Aperti in Umbria alcuni dei ristoranti del circuito “Umbrian #EVOOAmbassador. Testimoni di oli unici”, proporranno menù di terra e di lago in abbinamento con gli oli e.v.o. di qualità dei produttori aderenti a Frantoi Aperti 2023. Novità di quest’anno anche una proposta di menù completamente vegetale.
Ogni venerdì, per 5 settimane, un menù dedicato all’Olio nuovo in abbinamento con alcuni prodotti simbolo dell’Umbria (ad es. presidi slowfood, tartufi, legumi) in presenza di un produttore di olio idealmente gemellato.
